This beautiful girl name up there is Miley Cyrus (named Destiny Hope Cyrus) was born on November 23, 1992 in Nashville Tennessee to Billy Ray Cyrus (actor/country singer) and Leticia Finley. She has five siblings: Christopher, Braison Chance, Noah Lindsey, Brandy and Trace. [Quick fact: her father nicknamed me Miley because he thought that since she was a baby I never stopped smiling.]
